He began his career in a high-energy restaurant, where he worked his way up to Sous Chef under a highly trained celebrity chef. Seeking to expand his culinary knowledge, Aaron moved through various kitchens, mastering diverse techniques and cuisines. In 2017, he graduated from Laney College in Oakland with a degree in Restaurant Management, further solidifying his expertise.
Now, as the visionary behind MexiQ, Chef Aaron fuses the smoky depth of BBQ with the bold, authentic flavors of Mexican cuisine.
